Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available

I'm not sure if I'm happy or worried that we have another Rollup out so soon after Rollup 1. However, it is here and you can review the fixes and installation instructions here

This update rollup fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • If you add users from an Outgoing forest trusted domain, you receive the following error message:

    AuthenticationException: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

  • If BulkDeleteIndependent_ tables are created and if the dbo user account is not the owner of these tables, the database size increases.
  • If you enter custom attributes by using the Mail Merge process, the activities that are created by the Mail Merge process may lose the values for the custom attributes.
  • When you synchronize Microsoft Office Outlook with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the attendee response tracking of an Outlook appointment is broken. This issue occurs in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.
